We are looking to hire a Regional Manager to manage and oversee a portfolio of apartment buildings in Kalamazoo and Battle Creek Michigan. We're an owner-operator of multi-family properties throughout the Midwest.

Responsibilities for a Qualified candidate include:
Providing direction and leadership to community managers.
Performing on-site property visits and conduct property reviews to evaluate performance.
Ensuring properties are meeting all financial, operation, and business metrics.
Understanding financial goals and cost/benefit operational decisions
Coordinating and overseeing apartment and building repairs
Ensuring communities are thriving and providing positive tenant experiences.
Reviewing vendor and contractor invoices
Analyzing and reviewing rents
Evaluating cost efficiency of maintenance operations.
Exploring and implementing practices for expense savings and efficiencies
4 years of Apartment Property Management experience
CPM or related certification is preferred
