Built in 1968 and situated on more than 10 acres, The Element offers spacious floor plans averaging 981 square feet and features a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with townhome-style layouts. Amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, yoga studio, business center, game room, and laundry facilities.

The property sits within Township High School District 214, one of the top-rated districts in Illinois.

Bender Companies plans to continue improving the property through a focused capital program that includes updates to building systems, exterior areas, and select interior spaces. These efforts will build on significant upgrades completed by prior ownership.

As Bender Companies’ second-largest acquisition of 2025, The Element brings the portfolio to more than 5,500 units.
